La Parapelota o Pelota Adaptada estuvo presente por segunda vez en una competición oficial de la Federación Internacional.
La primera vez fue en la Liga de Naciones de Trinquete en París en 2024 y en esta ocasión en el Frontón Miribilla de Bilbao.

Se trata de una modalidad que llegó a la FIPV para quedarse y darnos la posibilidad de poder vivirla.

A wooden paddle and leather pelota are used (the smallest pelota of those used in specialities with a leather pelota). It is very attractive and spectacular due to the speed of the game.
