3. Who uses cookies?
FIPV holds the status of Data Controller in relation to the user's personal data that it obtains through the installation of its own cookies on web pages. The processing of the data obtained is carried out in accordance with the principles of data protection established in the RGPD, in the LOPD-GDD, LSSI and development regulations.
We want to emphasize that the user has control over their personal data and that we will not use cookies unless, for these purposes, they have given their consent.
On the other hand, in relation to the use of third-party cookies, FIPV is solely responsible for the treatments carried out thanks to the use of them in the terms defined in section 4 of this policy. Notwithstanding this, within the framework of certain collaboration agreements, it is possible that FIPV share the data obtained through cookies with different trusted service providers who, on behalf of RTVE, will collect information for statistical purposes, the use of “web pages and apps” by the User and for the provision of other management and improvement services for “web pages and apps”. In these cases, FIPV adopts the organizational measures established by current legislation on data protection, in order to ensure that these providers, in their capacity as data processors, guarantee a level of security equivalent to that offered FIPV in his capacity as Data Controller. In the event that any of our suppliers transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfer will only be made to countries that have any of the instruments provided for in Chapter V RGPD.
4. What type of cookies are used on the Website and for what purpose?
