who took part in the course given by the french technician Jean Sanglar

Apparel:
- As a general rule, players’ uniforms shall always be the colour white.
- The shirt or polo shirt shall be white or red and always have a collar.
- The trousers, skirt, culotte or Bermuda shorts for women, shall also be white, tennis shoes predominantly white and white socks.
- As an adornment, each team shall wear either a red or blue gerriko [belt].
- In all specialities in which the encounter is played using an INSTRUMENT AND A LEATHER PELOTA, all players must wear a protective helmet. It is mandatory that the helmet be white and have no stickers.
- In the Paleta Goma, Paleta cuero, Frontenis and Xare specialities, regardless of the preceding paragraph, all frontcourt and backcourt players MUST use protective eyewear.
